Music Director/Organist Position (Part-Time)

The First Presbyterian Church of Annandale ("FPCA") is seeking an experienced Music Director and Organist. This position is a Part-Time Position (10 hours per week) and the annual salary will be based on the candidate's ability, education, training, and experience, ranging between $15,000.00 to $20,000.00. The person chosen for this position will be proficient in accompanying congregational hymn singing and selecting music for and directing our FPCA Choir. They will be expected to accompany soloist and guest musicians (when needed) and play for weddings, funerals, and memorial services (schedule permitting). They will help to plan the Summer Concert Series, where outside musicians and choirs perform up to six concerts every Summer. They will be expected to join and/or be a member of the Organist Guild of America.
