Job Description:
As the senior/lead pastor of TMBC you would be preaching our Sunday services and our Wednesday night services. You will oversee the monthly Deacons and Trustees meetings. Supervise the staff, associate pastor and all ministry leaders. Share with the associate pastor responsibility for home and hospital visits. Oversee church disputes and church decisions.

TMBC is a member of the Southern Baptist Convention.
Weekly Sunday service attendance is 130 (including children).
We currently have 5 Sunday school groups. Preschool, toddlers, children grades 1-6, a youth group for middle school through high school ages, a women's class and a general class for all adults. Plans include adding a men's class as well.
Our community is very ethnically, economically, and socially diverse.
Outreach programs in our church currently include:
Food Pantry which serves over 500 families every month
Vacation Bible School
Women's Ministry
Homeless Ministry
Craft fair/yard sale events
Ladies quilting group
Mission oriented financial giving:
Annie Armstrong, Lottie Moon, Gideons, Mission Dignity, UIM Aviation, AZ Baptist Children's Services, Caring Ministries

Job Qualifications:
1. Trained in an accredited seminary
2. Married and 35-45 years of age
3. Minimum of 5 years experience
4. Earnest desire to share the Gospel
5. Strong leadership ability
6. Able to cast the vision for outreach
7. Experience in developing and encouraging the spiritual gifts of the church members
8. Experienced in the use of social media and technology
9. Committed to a faithful Godly marriage and parenting
10. Spouse must be willing to participate in ministry within the church
