The Senior Pastor should provide spiritual, pastoral, and servant leadership to the congregation of Bethel Church of Midland so the congregation might fulfill its mission to connect the lost to life in Christ. The Senior Pastor will recognize the importance of spiritual health and the significance of one's personal relationship with God. The Senior Pastor is compassionate in recognizing and meeting the needs of others and seeks to widen our relationships in the Midland community and surrounding areas. Lastly, the Senior Pastor of Bethel Church will be one who is duly called, ordained, and is enjoined in the following scripture.
