Campus Pastor Job - Edgewood Community Church, Waupun, Wisconsin

Position Summary. The Fond du Lac campus pastor will be responsible for the overall leadership of the campus. While championing ECC's DNA, he will work with the Fond du Lac congregation and staff to make disciples who make disciples. The four primary responsibilities will be:
1. Communicating God's Word in gospel-centered and relevant ways that encourage right belief and clear next steps for spiritual growth.
2. Developing and leading ministry leaders.
3. Shepherding and discipling those who call Edgewood home.
4. Strategically mobilizing Edgewood to serve, reach, and love the Fond du Lac_noemailmunity.

Reports to: Executive Pastor
Salary: Dependent on experience and education
