Job Description:

Our congregation is seeking to fill the position of Lead Pastor with someone who is a Bible-centered teacher. With the support of our consistory, The Lead Pastor will connect our congregation with the Word and help foster relationships between a congregation that is spread between many surrounding_noemailmunities.

About Greenleafton Reformed Church:

Greenleafton is located in the bluff country between the cities of Preston, Harmony, Lanesboro and Spring Valley Minnesota. Our church is 45 minutes south of Rochester, Minnesota, home of the Mayo Clinic and 40 minutes north of Decorah, Iowa. We like to think we are in the middle of nowhere and the middle of everywhere.  

Qualifications:

Ordained first or second career Pastor 


Biblically centered and ready to spiritually lead our congregation 


Ability to lead a worship service with strong Biblically based messages 


A Pastor who personally and professionally aligns with our congregations position on marriage 


Motivated, energetic approach to improving current programs while implementing new ideas 
and programs that support the overall goals and vision of Greenleafton Reformed Church 


Has the ability to collaboratively work with the consistory to determine and use the strengths 
and spiritual gifts of our congregation in creating a new vision for our church that accomplishes 
our mission 


Loves children of all ages, can focus on young families while intentionally connecting with our 
senior membership and fosters the growth of relationships among all age groups 


Can connect with the local community outside of the walls of the church and has a heart for 
outreach
